What to include
The more of this you send, the closer the first quotation is to the final one: a drawing or 3D file (or a reference sample photo with dimensions), expected material and hardness, colour, packing, target quantity, and the destination port or delivery term.

What happens next
- Drawing review. Wall thickness, draft, tolerances and material grade are checked against the process before any price is given.
- Written quotation. Tooling on its own line, unit price by quantity, lead time, and the delivery term you asked for.
- Sample. On approval, a sample is produced against the drawing — about 3 days after sign-off — and checked dimensionally before mass production.
Useful to know before you write
MOQ is set per part rather than per category, because it follows cavity count, material batch, colour and packing. Our current tooling lead times are 5–10 days for a sample mould and 7–12 days for a production mould. Compliance documents are model-specific; if your market needs a declaration, tell us the destination and the product so the right document is quoted.
