BUYER GUIDES

How to buy silicone parts without guessing.

Four notes written from the supplier side of the table: what can be checked, what drives cost and time, and which document actually covers your product.

The four questions that decide a silicone program

Most sourcing problems on moulded silicone trace back to one of four things: the supplier is not the plant, the tooling was never quoted as a separate line, the unit price was agreed before the part weight was fixed, or a certificate was assumed to cover a model it does not name. Each guide below takes one of those in turn.
